At Ürban Sanctuary, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience with us, and we’ve made a small update to help keep things running smoothly. We’ve added a card capture feature to our appointment bookings, and we wanted to take a moment to explain what this means and why we’ve done it.
When you book an appointment through our system, Schedulista, your card information is securely stored using Stripe, the world’s most trusted payment provider. Your card data is secure—only a temporary token representing your card is shared with us. The actual card data is stored securely with Stripe, following strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Rest assured, no one (including us) has access to your card details.
We totally get it—life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. However, there have been days when we’ve had as many as four no-shows without even a phone call or text. This really impacts our ability to serve other clients and run our day smoothly. To help prevent this, we’ll now charge a fee if you don’t show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
We always want to make things as easy as possible for you. When you book, you’ll get an email confirmation that allows you to reschedule or cancel with just a few clicks. You can also give us a call, and we’ll happily help you adjust any appointment details. Our goal is to be flexible and keep everything convenient for you!
